Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute clients’ orders for currencies, commodities and CFDs and communicate, and brief them about the major news and events in the global financial markets
  • Monitor the client’s portfolio inform them concerning the performance of their portfolios and inform him in case of a margin call
  • Monitor the market watch movements and big positions and inform the chief dealer about the big and block trades whether individual or institutional trades.
  • Solve the client’s problems and help them by providing 24 hour support via phone and online chat
  • Evaluates economic trends and geopolitical moves to forecast price moves in the foreign exchange market based on. Analyse research data and financial analysis reports for fluctuations in international financial markets on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with the risk management department and report to the management concerning the implementations of various hedging strategies to minimize risk and prepare on monthly basis elaborated risk management report.
  • Supervise and oversight of all dealing transactions to enhance profitability, comply with the limits, guidelines and risk management standards and spot any misuse of the system.
  • Financial reporting to the management on daily basis about the company’s financial stance through generating of various reports such as the segregated, summary, and closed trade reports of our clients and of our accounts with liquidity providers. In addition cooperate with the accounting department by reporting the required financial figures.
  • Abide and have a full knowledge of the anti-money laundering act.
  • Monitoring the company’s liquidity positions and money market portfolio to insure that regulations and risk perspectives are met.
  • Staying up-to-date with financial news related to the products including different currencies, stocks, gold, silver, oil and gas. Use a combination of technical and fundamental analysis to make forecasts about price movements.
  • Monitoring news, events and exchange rate fluctuation through the information services provided by different news' agencies and Bloomberg.
  • Prepare the daily and the evening market reports about the economy and the major currencies, commodities, indices, and energy and issue it to clients.

IT coordinator

Amana Capital s.a.l. is seeking to hire someone responsible for coordination on all IT projects, daily IT tasks, reporting and monitoring of all IT systems, in addition to staff. Respond to business requirements, help in the implementation, integration, testing, verification and maintenance of all IT projects and products.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
  • Monitor daily operations of the IT department.
  • Roll out new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce, monitor, and report on security rules that protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.
  • Help train employees on new systems in place.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed.
